At Whiffiest Wafts, we want your gorgeous scents to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once it's on its way.

During busy periods (such as seasonal sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you in the loop.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We ship across the UK using trusted carriers includingRoyal Mail, Evri and Yodel. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Standard	2–5 working days
Express (where available)	1–2 working days

Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
